The rocks in question are the large piles of rocks with cracks running through them - they may block your path, but destroying them is surprisingly simple! One pile of breakable rocks you should definitely destroy are in Obsidian Fieldlands at the end - or beginning depending on how you find them - of Oreburrow Tunnel. There’s another pile of cracked rocks in the Crimson Mirelands on the northern edge of the Scarlet Bog; destroying these will create a useful shortcut between this location and the Golden Lowlands.
